From all types of organization in the motorbike community the traditional MC (in all sorting) surpass them and represents the highest level possible. The overview of the structure and philosophy of traditional Law Enforcement Motorcycle Clubs (LE MC) is not fully identical with the other MC clubs and can differ more or less in details. It is however about the basic understanding, that we meet, of the people who profess to the traditional LE MC. Nevertheless, no matter your specific and the submission of Your club, it is important to understand the grounds of other clubs you can meet. If the motorcycles influence Your lifestyle, You are part of the community, that has the right to understand the organization, which profess to the tradition of MC (in this case specifically ranked to LAW ENFORCEMENT)

Respect to the clubs identified as MC (generally)

The club gains respect from following reasons:

The well-informed ones know the real depth of personal promise and self-control, which are the condition for gaining and wearing the full Colours. They understand that for a man, it has the same aspect and importance as faith or life mission. They understand that the club Colours are strictly guarded and the member promotion and process is a long-term and difficult process. Another factor is the respect to the one, who became the Patchholder, to the struggle he came through on his way to gaining and keeping the right to the Colours. It is the respect resulted from determination, success and abilities.

The less-informed ones see only the superficies. They see the signs of mutual support. They see possible danger evoked by the response of well-organised numerous groups, always ready for confrontation. They know it is not possible to provoke one member without paying responsibility to the whole Club and that such response of the Club is the matter of honour of each member respectively. This kind of respect is based on fear.

BLACK DOGS LE MC and majority of MC clubs want respect for the reason 1, not 2! Especially considering the relationships with people from outside the motorcycle community. This majority of the society represents a significant opportunity to get financial donations or to get sponsors for charitable events, which the club can fund or arrange by its own existence. (BD LE MC is unprofitable organisations) That is one of many reasons to nourish the relationships with these people. We are trying to be polite riders, let’s say, something like „good neighbours“, who the others will try to understand in spite of their outer differences, and they will not try to strike us from our motorcycles with their car. Our aim is to be respected, not feared by the ordinary citizens. We do not cause any troubles, we do not requisition the riots over any area, we do not involve ourselves into some kind of business, and we keep the neutrality to any other clubs, which respect us. We want to be reputable a club. We do not present ourselves as an intimidating power with no reason or provocation.

There is also a natural hierarchy, approved among the motorcycle Clubs themselves. The strongest and the most stable one, enjoys particular rights in given region. The dominant Club authorise the setting of new Clubs in given area and cancelled those who cause continuous riots.

It helps to solve problems among the clubs; it enters those problems, which cannot by solved by the clubs themselves. It helps in the communication and coordination of inter-club issues. It can invite other territorial Clubs, if stronger support is needed against intimidating outer power. It is not unusual, if the biggest club chooses from expectants of higher quality from other territorial clubs. Some clubs are even meant for this purpose. Without the existence of such superiority of the dominant clubs, the less dominant cannot fully take an advantage of the time and sources neither in the welfare of individual Brotherhoods, nor in the uninterrupted freedom of motion, demanding the peace and order.

In most of the countries the most dominant and the most wide-spread are so called 1% clubs.

The clubs Law Enforcement established in these areas usually acknowledge and respect these clubs and they do not interfere in their issue if they are not pushed to that. They keep in most of the time the neutrality and they are not supportive for the Dominant clubs if it is 1%, in comparison with the majority of clubs, which were created in terms of their own hierarchy and approval process. Law Enforcement clubs are in majority of cases according to the law listed as unprofitable organisations, composed of civil servants, people dealing with law or in favour of law, or in some cases in the means of protection and security of the state, security of the citizens, their lives and health etc. Accordingly, it is their job to build up the good name of motorcyclists among wide public and in many cases they run charity activities. They are mostly the motorcyclists, who take their motorbike as a part of their life and they also took optionally the liabilities, resulting from the Traditional Club, in the case that it is the Traditional Club LE MC - so the one who wears the Colours. They are affected by the given kind of life and basic principles enlisted in the Codex. They are a family. Despite of who and what the members of traditional LE MC are, they are not ,,Rychlé šípy” and ,,the only one right and unique kind boys and girls”, but they are motorcyclists with all riots, which are given by the kind of people and their way of life.

The establishment of Traditional LE MC is similar to other MCs. The way of life of the Club, in means of brotherhood, unity, pride, hierarchy etc. Approval to MEMBERS can be considered as very difficult. The conditions for approval are also related to the contents of their work and their activities, which is often questioned by the media considering the 1% clubs.

Generally, the MC clubs are considered to be the top, which can be reached by a club in the motorcycle world. The right to wear the colours is the highest honour for a motorcyclist. However, those MEMBERS pay for their venue and their right by a tax, which is not recognised by other motorcyclists, who do not know this, and usually, they do not want to understand it. They are seen every time and everywhere, they lost the anonymity of unsigned motorcyclists. They have to be always ready to help their fellows. They are bonded with their Family by strong bonds. They have their secrets, ceremonies, legends, their perception of pride and even their own heroes. Their particular reserved behaviour is a protection, as well as firm order and organisation, which can be mistaken by uninformed person as blind obedience and inferiority to one individual. These clubs are based on very democratic basis and the voting rights of their members.

BLACK DOGS Law Enforcement MC, is the first and the only club in CZ which profess themselves in the Traditional LE MC. It was created from previous BLACK DOGS - INTERNATIONAL POLICE MOTOCLUB after three years of its successful existence. It was a logical step by the people, who are nowadays connected. No matter our own individuality, we are part of the Family. We are not only cops, firemen, judges, rescuers or civil motorcyclists. We are BLACK DOGS LE MC. So is what we want to be viewed as. Take us as motorcyclists, so as we are. Nowadays we know, that MC is the reason to respect and every one, who wears Colours no matter the % gains our respect, because we have the real view how long and difficult his journey was...........

No matter our different opinion, we respect other MC in this aspect.

Due to the clear identification and submission to LE MC and confirmation of the fact, that we exist in the area fully supervised by so called 1% MC we use the full title BLACK DOGS LE MC (BD LE MC) in CZ. Law Enforcement (LE) was incorporated into the middle part of our Colours in the dog-tag and it defines our venue. We also define ourselves by the additional patch 99%.

The perfection does not exist and BLACK DOGS LE MC is not an exception. We are people of different personal opinions, behaviour, occupation, position, age, character and other different things. Nobody can always please everyone, everybody can have an opponent, or even enemy. However, we are here today. We are proud to be Czechs and original czech club, which had been waiting till it was ready to enter among the traditional LE MC and did not fall to become the Chapter of others, which would have held protective hand over us from the very beginning. Nowadays, we are not the supports, but sovereign club, which has its friends and families in other LE MC all around the world and as the first founding traditional LE MC in CZ we have our rights and duties.
