The thought of establishing the moto-club itself in the Czech Republic originated in 2001.

During the years 2001 and 2002 we had been negotiating with the Law Enforcement MC from USA about Chapteru establishment. Over the negotiations and learning how everything works, we had finally decided to establish original Czech Club, considering the specific features of Czech motorcycle scene, which is more reserved in comparison to the world. 

After the explanation of traditional LE MC Rules, we realised it is not a simple process. In 2002 the International Police Moto Club was established with six BLACK DOGS members, identified as RC and its members used one dorsal patch according to international regulations. Entry to the club was enabled to easy-going people from the executive branch of state administration, army force and rescue branch. In the light of huge interest in membership in our club, the membership base had been expanding and we established Chapters in Zlín and Chrudim.

We have arranged our own meetings once a year called “Rally Black Dogs” and we took part in many other events, also the foreign ones. We have been learning to communicate with the foreign LE MC from which we gained pieces of information and advice. We became familiar with the code and so called 7-page protocol, which had been signed and agreed by majority of the existing MC and which represents the mutual behaviour rules between MC. 

The turning point was year 2005, according to other Traditional LE MC we were finally ready to become component of the traditional LE MC. There has been a negotiation about our colours, and from several schemes we agreed on the one we use till nowadays and which emanate from our original patch.
